Choose the layout for your event
Thanks to movable furniture, each room at Spazio Reale can be set up in a customized way according to the needs of the event.
Any of our spaces can be transformed: parterre, school desks, horseshoe, gala dinner. In larger halls, custom arrangements such as wings and partitions can be provided to create multiple environments or client branded installations.

The room at Spazio Reale conference center are equipped with professional amplification, video projection and monitor systems.
In addition to basic equipment, other audiovisuals are also available to make communication more effective and facilitate interaction with participants. We also conduct livestreaming of the events upon request.
Our technical staff is available to analyze your needs and provide customized proposals. During the event, you will be constantly followed for any needs.

Acero Rosso Restaurant
Genuine cuisine that comes from the tradition of great Tuscan cuisine and other Italian regions, recreated with creativity, excellent raw materials and attention to detail.
Acero Rosso organizes upscale dining experiences to match any event: from simple coffee breaks to corporate lunches and dinners. There are 300 seats available inside and 120 outside, with buffet service it is possible to accommodate up to 800 people.
The restaurant offers a refined, contemporary setting with customizable arrangements and attention to service. Acero Rosso’s kitchen is also available for corporate team building.

Does your event extend over several days? Spazio Reale also offers overnight accommodations in its in-house lodging facility.
The Garden Hotel has 32 spacious rooms, 4 of which are fully equipped for people with mobility impairments. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, satellite TV, free Wi-fi.
The Garden Hotel reception is open every day, 24/7. Continental breakfast is served every morning on the premises of the restaurant bar.
